V-Count Nano 3D
V-Count NANO 3D is a 3D (stereoscopic) people counting camera/sensor for entrances and access points, with bidirectional counting and real-time occupancy, designed for retail stores, shopping centres and buildings.
Performs entry/exit counting, calculates occupancy, operates with Wi-Fi and/or Ethernet connectivity depending on version, supports USB-C power and optional PoE via adapter, and is designed with privacy in mind (processing 3D depth data and transmitting non-identifiable results) with a GDPR-oriented approach. It can operate in low light using infrared illumination and integrates with the V-Count analytics platform for web and mobile access.

V-Count NANO 3D Camera: 3D people counting, real-time occupancy and analytics for spaces
V-Count NANO 3D is a 3D people counting camera/sensor designed for entrances, access points and passage areas in retail stores, shopping centres, public buildings and spaces with occupancy control. Its 3D stereoscopic vision technology enables bidirectional counting (entries and exits), real-time occupancy and traffic metrics, maintaining a privacy-focused approach compatible with GDPR by relying on depth data and on-device processing.
What it is used for
Counting entries and exits
Obtain reliable counting by direction (in/out) to measure real traffic, compare time slots and analyse the performance of each access point.
Real-time occupancy
Check the current occupancy of the space and define capacity limits to support daily management (peaks, events, access control, etc.).
Analytics and platform visualisation
Data can be accessed through the V-Count analytics platform (web and mobile), allowing you to review figures and trends without being physically present at the installation site.
Privacy and regulatory compliance
Designed to operate without identifying individuals
V-Count is based on the use of 3D depth data and on-device processing, meaning that non-identifiable results are transmitted for analytics and operations, with a focus on GDPR compliance.
Installation and connectivity
Fast ceiling installation
The NANO 3D is designed for ceiling installation, with a recommended height range to achieve optimal performance in standard access points.
Network connection
Depending on configuration, it can operate with Wi-Fi and/or Ethernet. Power can be supplied via USB-C, with an optional PoE setup using an adapter/splitter depending on installation requirements.
Performance in real conditions
Counting in low-light environments
The system is designed to operate with infrared lighting support, enabling counting in low-light scenarios.
Durability for continuous use
The device’s construction and design are intended for long-term, stable operation in permanent installations.
