Matterport Official Matterport Service with Global Geosystems

Global Geosystems is the first and only official Matterport service partner in Europe.

We are authorised by Matterport to provide repair and battery replacement services for Matterport Pro 3 cameras. At Global Geosystems all repairs are covered by a one year warranty. We only use official parts, purchased directly from Matterport.

What is the coverage for my Matterport camera?

The warranty covers the camera and tripod mount.

The warranty is void if the camera is dropped or damaged. See section 5 of the Conditions of Sale for more information.

Our trained technician will assess if what happens to the camera is covered by the warranty.

2 year warranty from date of purchase.

2 years warranty from date of purchase.

3 years warranty from date of purchase.

2 years warranty from date of purchase.

Mi cámara está en período de garantía. ¿Qué debo hacer?

If your camera is under warranty you have to follow the following steps:

  1. Send your camera as well packed as possible (original packaging is not necessary) and without any accessory (it is very important to remove the batteries) to the following address: Rúa Xesta, 77A, 15895 Ames, A Coruña.
  2. Once we have received it, you can choose whether we repair yours or give you a new one.
    • If you decide to have yours repaired, it will take a little longer.
    • If we replace it with a new one, the time will be much shorter.

In the latter case the warranty will be subtracted from the time already elapsed.

My camera is not under warranty

If your camera is no longer under warranty:

  1. We will prepare a diagnostic quote for you together with the shipping and collection costs of the camera valued at 400€ +VAT.
  2. Once we have received proof of payment of this estimate, the technician will assess and diagnose the problem and the cost of fixing it.
  3. Before proceeding with the repair, the customer will be notified for approval.

In the latter case the warranty will be subtracted from the time already elapsed.
