    The Deck sensor is a wireless device capable of measuring dynamic displacement amplitude with an accuracy of 0.01 mm and the vibration frequency of any structure on which it is installed, using an FFT algorithm. A threshold can be configured remotely for each sensor through the Move Cloud platform. Each sensor continuously samples the oscillation amplitude and, when this threshold is exceeded, records and transmits the 10 seconds before and the 20 seconds after the event. It is completely wireless, and the battery can last for years. It also features an integrated temperature sensor.

    The Deck sensor transmits accurate readings from the site through a gateway using the LoRaWAN wireless communication protocol. Data can be viewed and managed online through the Move Cloud platform. Several data processing and correlation algorithms developed by Move are available. It is ideal for the dynamic monitoring of large structures such as bridges and overpasses.

    Each sensor continuously samples the oscillation amplitude and, when the configured threshold is exceeded, records and transmits the 10 seconds before and the 20 seconds after the event. It is completely wireless, and the battery can last up to eight years.

    Easy installation of the Move wireless monitoring system

    Installing a complete wireless sensor system on site is quick and easy: simply secure each device to the structure to be monitored using at least two screws and power the LoRaWAN gateway. The entire system can be configured remotely before, during or after installation using a laptop or tablet.     How the Move wireless monitoring system works

    The wireless sensor system automatically transmits measurement data via LoRaWAN to the on-site gateway, which then sends the received data via 4G or LTE to the online servers. The Move Cloud Platform is a cloud-based web tool that allows users to access, view and export measurement data and configure the settings of the entire sensor system.
