World first: The Leica DISTO™ D810 touch is the first distance meter in the world with a touchscreen, for extremely easy and intuitive operation. Another revolutionary feature it offers is that it allows measurements on an image. Thanks to its integrated camera, it is possible to take photos and download them to a computer via a USB interface. Its high level of functionality is perfectly compatible with the intelligent free Leica DISTO™ sketch app.

A fully touch DISTO

Large touchscreen for fast and intuitive operation. Using common gestures such as dragging and pinching with two fingers, it is possible to quickly and easily access all functions. It is also possible to perform measurements using the touchscreen, which prevents accidental movement of the Leica DISTO D810 during measurement.

Measure on an image

It has never been so easy to determine the width, height, area and even the diameter of an object. Simply take an initial perpendicular measurement, the required dimension is indicated by two arrows on the image and the measurement value will appear on the screen. In addition to progressive zoom on the pointer, you will also have an overview camera for large objects.

Graphic documentation with images

The camera function of the Leica DISTO D810 touch can be used to create images or screenshots for documentation, which can be downloaded to a PC via the USB interface, ensuring that no detail of the viewed and measured points is lost.

The smartest accessories for the best precision

The Leica DISTO D810 touch offers a wide range of functions for indirect measurements. Thanks to the specially developed tilt sensor for this device, highly accurate results are achieved. For even greater precision, it is recommended to use the Leica FTA360 tripod adapter with fine adjustment, as this adapter allows precise targeting.

Flexible data transfer

In keyboard mode, you can connect the Leica DISTO D810 touch to your PC and send measurement values to any program, offering a high degree of flexibility.

Bluetooth® and the free app – “Leica DISTO™ sketch”

The latest developed application “Leica DISTO™ sketch” is the perfect link between your Leica DISTO™ D810 touch and your smartphone or tablet. Easily create scaled sketches, measure objects on a photo and check dimensions in the app via your mobile device. This allows you to integrate all necessary information into a single document and send files quickly and easily by email to the office.

The range and accuracy of laser distance meters depend on lighting conditions and the reflectivity of the target. For Leica Geosystems, it is important that our instruments perform not only under perfect laboratory conditions but, above all, in the demanding conditions of everyday work on site.
