The RCAD track gauge – BT 1435 mm from Vogel & Plötscher is a digital measuring device designed for railway control, inspection and maintenance work on standard-gauge tracks of 1435 mm. It enables precise measurement of the main geometric parameters of the track and turnouts, combining ease of use, digital reading and high reliability in the field.
Thanks to its central backlit display, the operator can read the measurement values clearly, even in low-visibility conditions.
The Bluetooth option makes it easier to record and transfer measurement data. Values can be saved, sent to prepared tables or analysed with the optional MessApp, a Windows application that allows measurements to be documented and possible deviations from the established tolerances to be detected.
