    Omni Tilt Sensor Node

From the first level of data conversion, the movement at one end of a beam or cross member can be monitored, making it possible to detect phenomena such as landslides or railway track deformation.

Thanks to our latest mathematical model, it is possible to accurately calculate the horizontal convergence of an underground railway tunnel comprising 6 segments.

    Orientation for tilt measurement
    1. When holding the specification sheet horizontally, if the X-axis arrow rotates into the plane of the paper around point 0, the “x” value decreases. The same principle applies to the Y and Z axes.
    2. The node must be rigidly secured to ensure accurate measurements. Any movement in the mounting will affect the results.
    3. Omni Tilt Sensor Nodes must be positioned so that two of their marked axes are parallel to the horizontal plane, making the data easier to interpret.

Designed for up to 10 years of maintenance-free operation, the units have an IP65 or higher protection rating and feature internal power supplies and radios. Thanks to their robust industrial enclosures, they can be installed in multiple ways to meet the different requirements of monitoring projects.
